Shipping & Returns
DELIVERY
All UK mainland orders are shipped with a courier of choice and are usually received within 2-5 working days, unless specified otherwise. If you require your order urgently, please call our team on 07922246814 and we will do our best to accommodate.
We ship International orders using a variety of couriers; tracking will be provided upon dispatch. Not all items can be shipped Internationally due to customs restrictions so please check your countries’ declarations prior to ordering.
RETURNS
Standard items returned within 30 days of their receipt date are eligible for a full refund or store credit providing they are returned in new, resaleable condition in their original packaging. Custom orders can only be returned within 30 days if the ordered item does not comply with order specifications, or shows any material faults.
